  TALK

   to neighbors

Mosquito season has gotten bad, and we’re done complaining about it. The Itty Bitty Mosquito Population Committee is a grassroots DC neighborhood effort tackling mosquitoes without pesticides — starting in our own yards and working block by block across the Hill and nearby communities.

Right now we’re securing a deep discount for mosquito traps to deploy across the Hill, mapping and treating street side catch basins, and growing a network of neighbors who are done being eaten alive. Over 1,000 households signed up in our first week. The more of us, the less of them.
