Community Virtual Town Hall

New to the committee or want to get up to speed? Join us for an overview of who we are, how we’re thinking about tour mosquito problem and what neighbors can do — with and without spending money. We’ll cover the full range of strategies we’re pursuing and answer questions.

We’re also excited to have two special guests joining us:

Jayne Brown is a Capitol Hill neighbor, published mosquito researcher and water quality scientist who will give us a Mosquito 101 and share her firsthand experience with urban mosquito abatement programs.

Also joining us is Dr. Bart Knols — a vector biologist and lifelong mosquito researcher with extensive experience working with Biogents and their traps — who will share his perspectives. It’s going to be a good one!

ASL interpreters have been confirmed for this session and, a recording of the meeting will be posted to this site afterwards.
