Morning: Out and about during the Great Ward 6 Spring Clean, location TBD
Afternoon: Meeting Room 1, Northeast Library 12:30pm - 4:30pm
Biogents — the company behind the BG-GAT and Mosquitaire traps — is sending a team to meet with us in person. They’re here to help us strategize where effective trap placement throughout the neighborhood, provide information and answer questions.
The team joining us includes John Anderson, President of Biogents’ US subsidiary, along with Leyda, head of marketing and eCommerce and Lillie, their lead field technician. They’re working to bring a scientist along as well — we’ll update this page as soon as we know more.
The day has two parts. In the morning, they'll be out in the neighborhood during the Great Ward 6 Spring Clean — walking our blocks, meeting neighbors, and getting eyes on our actual streets and yards to help think through trap placement.
In the afternoon, they'll be in Meeting Room 1 at the Northeast Library for a drop-in open to anyone who wants to stop by. Come with questions about the traps, placement, the science, or anything else on your mind.
